YOU ARE NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED TO PROVIDE US WITH PII, HOWEVER, THE PII IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICES. We recognize that privacy is important. Information We Collect. In order to provide and improve our Service, understanding usage trends, user preferences, in order to adjust and personalize use of the Service, marketing and customer relations purposes, we may collect and process PII, including the following types of information:
- Information You Provide. In order to use our Service and place orders we ask you to provide PII, including full name, email address, phone number and shipping address ("Entered Data"). You are the source of such Entered Data, and such data may be processed for the purposes of providing the Services, ensuring the security of the Services, and communicating with You.

Payment cards information is submitted by you directly to a third party payment processor, subject to such third party’s terms of service and privacy policy and is not retained by the Company. The third party payment processor is identified in our terms of service
- Information Received from Third Parties. We sometimes supplement the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties. If you access the Service through any third party platforms (such as Facebook or Google), or interact with any third party platforms or other social media plug-in in the Service (such as a Facebook "Like" button) we may receive information from your respective social media or third party platforms account, including your account information, email, name, photo and any information defined as public pursuant to the policies of such third party platforms and/your settings in the respective third party platform.
- Aggregate and Analytical Data. In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the customers of the Service, we often conduct research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the PII and other information provided to us. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites and applications and you visit them at your own risk. Children.If you are a child under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent prior to using our Service. The Company will not knowingly contact or engage with children under the age of 18 without said parental consent. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their PII, please contact us at the address given above and we will endeavor to delete that PII from our databases.

Information Usage. Legal Basis.
- We collect and process your personal data only for the following purposes and on the following legal basis:

We process your personal data to perform our contract with you for use of our Services and Sites and to fulfill our obligations under applicable terms of service and laws. Maintaining security of the Services and Sites. We process your personal data to control unauthorized use or abuse of the Mayven Services and Sites, or otherwise detect, investigate or prevent activities that may violate Mayven policies or applicable laws, in reliance on our legitimate interests to maintain and promote the safety and security of the Mayven Sites and Services.

Carrying out other legitimate business purposes. including support services, invoicing and fraud detection and prevention.

Complying with legal obligations. We process your personal data when cooperating or complying with public and government authorities, courts or regulators in accordance with our obligations under applicable laws and to protect against imminent harm to our rights, property or safety, or that of our users or the public, as required or permitted by law.

In certain circumstances, we may collect your personal data on a different legal basis. If we do, or if we use your personal data for purposes that are not compatible with, or are materially different than, the purposes described above We will explain how and why we use your personal data in a separate notice and obtain your approval beforehand.

Information Sharing. As part of providing the Service our affiliates, service providers, payment processing partners, advertising partners, analytics partners, business partners, agents and representatives may have access to your PII, including: AWS, Google Cloud. Information Security. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of PII. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We retain your PII only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements, but in any case no longer than 5 years.

Verification of Identity. If we receive any request from You, we will use a two-step process for online requests where the California consumer must first, clearly submit the request and then second, separately confirm the request.

We will use other appropriate measures to verify requests received by mail or telephone. If you are a California consumer submitting a request, you must provide sufficient information to identify yourself, such as name, e-mail address, home or work address, or other such information that is on record with us so that we can match such information to the Personal Information that we maintain.
